Three Things…

#1. A week or so ago I went to a thrift store and bought, what I guess you could call a ‘rolling shelf’? it was only 3 dollars and it was just calling to me. A week later I have finally had time to figure out what to do with it and it is PERFECT to hold my scrapbooks. I am SO excited. They were at the top of my closet and really hard to reach. Now they are just right there…and no one would ever know. Great! huh?

the perfectionist in me hates that you can still see the scrapbooks under the table…but I think I like it…I reserve the right to change my mind (ha, ha)

#2. I changed the hanging in our living room. usually there is an angle tapestry throw from my dad’s funeral up but I absolutely LOVE this fabric shower curtian and thought it was time to actually USE the throw…Something about the colors and pattern in this shower curtain makes me happy.

#3. Finally I went and dropped off a BUNCH of the freebies I’ve been getting like deodorant, shampoo, food, and even 5 accucheck glucose monitors (I got for free from sales and coupons at CVS last week). I was glad to find out that they really enjoyed (is enjoyed the right word?) the last bunch I was able to drop off. For some reason I was kind of nervous that they were going to say that this was not the kind of things they could use so I was relieved. I asked if they needed any volunteers for a few hours a week and she said, as a matter of fact the person that usually comes on Thursdays just had foot surgery so Thursday I will be there. I’m excited, and pray that this will a great experience.
