My Pregnancy Advice

1. Purchase the best quality and safest vitamins you can find.

2. Make sure you eat raw fruits and veggies.

3. Prepare easy but healthy meals for you and yourfamily.

4. Drink a glass of Raspberry Leaf tea every day for an easy delivery.

5. Have the children help with chores and make chores simple.

6. Get plenty of rest. Drink plenty of water.

7. Ask your husband to rub your feet every night.

8. Take several cool showers a day in the summer.

9. Soak in the tub with Epson salts before you go to bed for a good night sleep.

10. When you are emotional, cry out to God for his grace and mercy. Ask him to help you.
